Session
Send
Entry Fee along with your completed and signed Entry Form.
Send NO consignment
fee if your entry is accompanied by acceptable, original
registration certificate & signed transfer; fee may be
deducted from your sale proceeds. Sale Order
will be determined by alphabetical order of the horse's or
pony's name. This sale will begin with the entries whose names
start with the letter "H". A Consignor's entries will
be split by 5 to 10 hip numbers for convenience, unless otherwise
requested. A
Buyers Premium Charge of 5% of the purchase price will
be charged to the buyer.
Quality
Photos Quality
Photos (NO PROOFS OR COPIES) may be used in advertising,
the brochure and/or catalog. We MUST receive your photo
by the entry deadline. A $40 fee will be charged for
each entry submitted with photos. Send email photos with
the following format and information: P.A.S.,
Inc. reserves the right not to use pictures because of poor
quality, without notification to the consignor.

Entry Fee: $300
COMMISSION 10% of the Sale Price

Entries not accepted will be moved to General Session
No Substitutes allowed in Premier Session for any reason
1 or 2 horses $150.00 each
3 to 5 horses $135.00 each
6 or more horses $120.00 each
COMMISSION 10% of the Sale Price
No Sale Fee $100.00 plus Consignment Fee
Substitute Fee: $75.00 (Substitutions subject to approval)
There shall be an upset price on any horse or pony offered.
THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT FEE FOR ENTRIES WITHDRAWN FROM SALE
without veterinary reason. (See condition 6 of the Consignment
Contract.)
Fax Entry Form, Copy of the Registration Certificate (if registered),
& Copy of the HYPP Results (if applicable).
PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM WE RECEIVED YOUR FAX & that
it is legible.
We MUST RECEIVE Fees or Original Registration Certificate
& Signed Transfer (if registered) & Consignment Form
within 5 days on Faxed Entries.
(Keep a copy of any papers mailed into our office for your
records.)
