Entry Fee: $300 - Commission 10% of the Sale Price -
No Sale Fee $150 plus Consignment Fee

Entries Subject to Approval.
Entries not accepted will be moved to Horse and Pony Session.

Premier Session Selection Criteria:
Show, Sire or Produce Record, Pedigree, if verified by Registration Papers, Quality of Entry, Date Entry Received, Participation in previous auctions managed by Professional Auction Services, Inc.

Entry Requirements:
Must have show, sire or produce record, or Sire and/or Dam must have a show, sire or produce record. Must have current X-rays available (Hocks, Front feet, etc.) does not apply to Breeding Stock.
Videos or DVDs ma be required for prospects and horse or ponies without extensive show record.
Completed Disclosure Form REQUIRED


General Session:
 Entry Fees: 1-2 horses $150 each - 3-5 horses $135 each - 6 or more horses $120 each - Commission 10% of the Sale Price -
No Sale Fee $100 plus Consignment Fee
Substitute Fee: $75

There shall be an upset price on any horse offered. If an opening bid of the upset price is not received the horse shall be led out as unsold.
Premier Session Upset Price - $1,000
Horse & Pony Session Upset Price - $250

CONSIGN EARLY FOR NATIONAL ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION

Inclusion in national advertising determined by show/sire/produce record and/or pedigree.

Quality Photos may be used in advertising, the brochure and/or catalog. We MUST receive your photo by the entry deadline. (NO PROOFS OR COPIES) Send email photos with the following format and information:

JPEG Format required
266 dpi or higher resolution
Name of Horse
Name of Consignor
Name of Sale

P.A.S., Inc. reserves the right not to use pictures because of poor quality, without notification to the consignor.

Send Consignment Fee along with your completed entry and signed form.


Sale Order will be determined by alphabetical order of the horse's or pony's name. This sale will begin with the entries whose names start with the letter "R".
THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT FEE FOR ENTRIES WITHDRAWN FROM SALE
without veterinary reason. (See condition 6 of the Consignment Contract.)
A Buyer's Premium Charge of 5% of the purchase price will be charged to the BUYER

FAXED ENTRIES

Fax Entry Form, Copy of the Registration Certificate (if registered), & Copy of the HYPP Results (if applicable).
PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM WE RECEIVED YOUR FAX & that it is legible.

We MUST RECEIVE Fees or Original Registration Certificate & Signed Transfer (if registered) & Consignment Form within 5 days on Faxed Entries.

(Keep a copy of any papers mailed into our office for your records.)
Bring your Original Coggins & Health Certificate (if applicable) with you to the sale.
