If late bids (last minute) are received on an item, an additional 3 minutes will be added to the countdown timer on that lot. Only after a 3 minute period passes with no additional bidding will the bidding close.

After the bid opening, a bidder may place individual bids that are higher than the previous bid. Bid increments are $25 up to $1,000 and $50 thereafter. Bid Increments may vary for certain items.

Bidder may place confidential maximum (proxy) bids where they declare the maximum dollar amount they want to bid, and the computer will bid on their behalf until they have successfully purchased the item or the asking price exceeds the amount of their maximum bid. Maximum bids are strictly confidential and are not known by other buyers or the seller.

• You will be notified that your bid has been placed.
• You will be notified if you are outbid.
The successful Buyer will be notified via email, shortly after the bidding closes, unless the item is sold subject to seller confirmation.

Buyers are required to complete payment through Professional Auction Services, Inc. within three (3) days of the close of bidding on each item they purchase or once the sale is confirmed for an item subject to seller confirmation.

Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice shortly after the close of the auction. Pay from that invoice. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact by telephone at 800-240-7900 or by email info@professionalauction.com

Acceptable forms of payment for the Online Auction: Credit cards and/or bank wire transfer and cashier's or official bank checks made payable to Professional Auction Services, Inc. All Credit Card Sales are Final

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ONLY, including Canada and Mexico:
BY Advance deposit with PAS of the FULL AMOUNT of intended purchase price by wire transfer, or cash equivalent in U.S. Dollars. Any unused funds will be returned in the same form as received or by PAS company check within ten business days from auction.

Pick up your purchases.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for shipping of all items purchases. See the item description for information pertaining to each item. Pick shall be be by appointment in all locations.

Any purchases not removed within ten (10) days of the acceptance of the offer by Seller, or for which other arrangements have not been made, shall be deemed to have been abandoned by the Buyer to the Seller who will assume all right, title, and interest in the asset.
