•A Buyers Premium Charge of 7% of the purchase price will be
charged to the buyer by PAS, Inc.
•THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT FEE FOR ENTRIES WITHDRAWN FROM SALE.
(Condition 6 of Contract.)
•A Limited Session designed specifically for Quality Show Horses,
Prospects & Breeding Stock. Premier Session (follows Pony Session)
•Entries Subject to Approval. Entries not accepted will be
moved to Horse Session.
•Premier Session Substitutes will sell following the Premier
Catalog Session

• Entry Fees: 1-3 entries $150 each
• 4 or more entries $125 each
• COMMISSION 10% of the Sale Price
• No Sale Fee $50 plus Entry Fee
• Substitute Fee $75 (Substitutes subject to approval) (Substitutions
made within 24 hours of auction $100)

• Entry Fees: 1-3 entries $150 each
• 4 or more entries $125 each
• COMMISSION 10% of the Sale Price
• No Sale Fee $50 plus Entry Fee
• Substitute Fee $75 (Substitutes subject to approval) (Substitutions

There
shall be an upset price on any entry offered.
Premier Session Upset Price - $1,000
Horse & Pony Sessions Upset Price - $250
If an opening bid of the upset price is not received
the entry shall be led out as unsold.
No Sale Fees will apply.

REQUIRED:
ORIGINAL NEGATIVE COGGINS DRAWN WITHIN 12 MONTHS of date of Sale.
SEND TO P.A.S.
INC. - Completed Entry form, ORIGINAL Registration
Certificate, Signed transfer, copy of coggins, HYPP report, if applicable,
and pregnancy exam if applicable.
FAXED ENTRIES:
• Fax to 877-202-2558 - COMPLETED Consignment form, disclosure
form, copy of
Registration certificate, copy of coggins, and HYPP results (if
applicable).
• Please call to confirm we have received your FAX and that
it is legible.
